Fountain of Kaiser Wilhelm II (1901) - German Fountain
The neo-Byzantine style German Fountain's design was by German Architecture Max Spitta with mosaics by August Oetken and inscriptions were by Turkish Ahmet Mutar Bey.
The monograms in the stonework are those of Abdülhamid II and Wilhelm II, and represent their political union.
