Stefan Uroš IV Dušan was a king of Serbia. After conquering the City of Serres, he was crowned the Tsar of Serbian Empire in 1346. He ruled Medieval Serbia until his death in 1355. He compiled a law code, titled Dušan's law code which was promulgated at a council in 1349.
